Something not quite right? We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt minus items advertised as final sale! To get your return or exchange started, log in to your account!

If you'd like an exchange, leave a note with the item(s) you'd like to exchange it for (along with applicable size/length/color) in the notes section of the return.

Once your return and/or exchange has been approved, you'll be sent a free return label to ship back your return.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 10 days of return receipt.

If you've requested an exchange, your order will be placed once approved, but it will not be processed/shipped until your return is received/processed.


For all SHOPZURI.COM order returns, items must be in new, unwashed, unworn, undamaged condition with tags on to qualify for a return. Any items that arrive in less than new condition without prior authorization from our support team will be reviewed by our receiving team and any items deemed acceptable will incur a restocking fee of £10. Any unacceptable items may be requested to be returned to the customer (and return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer). While we love our furry friends, any unworn, unwashed and otherwise undamaged items that are returned to us with pet hair will incur a £10 restocking fee. All gift cards and any other products advertised as final sale are not eligible to be returned.

Our totes and our clothing belong together!  If for whatever reason you are returning a one-unit dress or shirt order and the tote that order came with is not returned along with it, we may deduct £21 from your refund. If your order/shipment was more than one dress or shirt, please keep your tote :)

SHIPPING

Free Shipping on orders over £100 anywhere in the UK. UK orders under £100 will charged a flat shipping fee of £5.

Any orders placed Monday-Friday before 1 PM GMT will ship the same day. Orders placed after 1 PM GMT will ship the next business day (not including weekends/holidays).

Our main carrier for our free shipping option is Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Once your order has been picked up by our carriers, we'll send you an email with the tracking information. Depending on where you’re located, delivery times will range from 2-5 business days.

Zuri is not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen once they have been marked delivered by the carrier.
